Park City's National Sports
Foundation (NSF) has a great equipment list on
their web page: Go to www.nsfparkcity.org
then click on CLASSIFIEDS in the list of options.
The equipment is listed by type (skis, boots, etc.) and
is easy to reference.
- Silveretta bindings, parts and boots - http://www.win-air.net/indexe_.php
(they ship to the USA and orders can be placed
online. I received my order in 7 weeks as promised. If
you don't wait until the start of ski season, you will be
able to get the suits fast.)
- Madison's equipment coordinator, willing to help locate
and acquire equipment.
- Binding system like the Silveretta - email@example.com
(from the Czech Republic or Poland)
- Face masks for Smith goggles (make sure the
goggles have the four small holes in the bottom of the
frames) - http://www.denniskirk.com/
- Ski Jumping
Boots: Jan Storto, Poland. Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
My comments would be "We have ordered junior ski
jumping boots from Jan several times and have not been
disappointed. Two caveats: You must wire
money to the company at the time of the order (not at
shipment or delivery), and the lead times can be long so
plan accordingly. We have ordered these boots for
our club jumpers and they have worked out well. Sue
If you have other information on where and how to acquire
equipment, please pass it along to email@example.com and
I'll list it here.
