Business Development Group is owned and operated by Marlowe C. Embree, Ph.D. In addition to a Ph.D. in social psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Dr. Embree has over nine years experience as a career transition consultant, much of that time spent in providing career counseling and outplacement services to groups and individuals. He has conducted hundreds of pre-employment, management development, and career pathing assessments for job seekers, career changers, and employment candidates. He has had several articles published on assessment and career related topics, in a variety of national and regional venues including the National Business Employment Weekly, and is a well regarded speaker on a variety of career management topics. Dr. Embree is an active member of the American Psychological Association and the Central Wisconsin Society for Human Resource Management.
