Sales Representatives at Unitel, Inc. have the training to develop the communications solutions that are right for YOUR company. The Sales Staff at Unitel understands that technology must do two things:

Technical Service
 

Unitel, Inc. offers the fast and reliable service that only a local company can provide. When your new system is installed, the programming information is left ON SITE. This information belongs to the customer. Some telecommunication companies keep the programming information with them, basically putting the customer at a disadvantage. By leaving this information with the customer, Unitel MUST deliver in terms of service or the customer can go elsewhere. This requires us to provide an excellent level of service on a continuous basis. Our factory certified technicians receive on-going training to keep them up to date on the latest developments in the industry. This training includes computer-based training as well as attending training sessions offered by Panasonic DBS and Toshiba TSD. Unitel offers 24-hour emergency service so our customers are never left without service.
 

 
Customer Service
 

The Customer Service Representatives at Unitel, Inc. assist with the designing of telecommunications systems. They do site surveys and provide group and individual training. Customer Service Representatives are available for on-going training whether it is for new employees to your company or a refresher for existing employees.
